Refund policy

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on personalized items except in the event of an error on our part.

While we make every effort to ensure that there are no mistakes in spelling, etc. on your order, it could happen on occasion. In that event, please contact us to let us know that the item received doesn't match the item you ordered and we will do everything we can to correct it for you in as efficient manner as possible. 

Please note that we do everything we can to represent accurate colors, however, given different screens, colors will vary slightly.
